Mitch joined Tompkins Wake in 2023 following Tompkins Wake's merger with Mackenzie Elvin. As a talented rugby player who has represented his region and country, Mitch successfully balanced his rugby commitments with his studies, completing a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honors at the University of Waikato.

Mitch has proven himself to be a good leader and team member, able to adapt to many different situations. Personable, honest, and conscientious, he is committed to putting in the hard work required to achieve positive outcomes for his clients.
