Eli joined Tompkins Wake in 2019 through our graduate programme and is currently an Associate in our Property Team. Eli specialises in commercial property and commercial leasing transactions, local government property, and all aspects of residential property transactions.

Of Ngāti Tamainupō, Ngāti Kahungunu, and Ngāti Porou descent, Eli brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. Prior to joining Tompkins Wake, Eli spent seven years at Waikato District Council in a number of roles, including as a Strategic Property Advisor, where he developed a deep understanding of property matters.
