Lucy joined Tompkins Wake in 2025, based in our Auckland office. Specialising in civil and family disputes, Lucy has a particular focus on relationship property, trust, and estate disputes. She also has experience advising private clients on their personal asset planning.

Lucy began her career as a junior barrister for a leading relationship property barrister. More recently she has worked at one of New Zealand’s leading litigation firms, where she developed expertise in both family and civil disputes. Throughout her career, Lucy has successfully represented clients in the Family and High Courts, as well as in mediations and negotiations.
