Qualifications : LLB, BA, Victoria University of Wellington.
Olivia specialises in relationship property, trusts and estates, and general civil and commercial litigation. She also has considerable experience in insurance disputes. She represents clients at all Court levels, and in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Her experience includes acting for government entities, trustees, beneficiaries, large corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals. She also has experience in navigating foreign court systems on behalf of clients. Olivia ensures that she understands the client, what they want to achieve, and aims to deliver excellent results in a practical, timely and responsive manner.
