Lindsay’s background in Human Resources and Legal Practice management brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Tompkins Wake, and as a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, Lindsay works across all levels of the firm creating the link between people and performance to drive better outcomes for our clients. With a thorough understanding of process and systems, Lindsay leads the ongoing development and refinement of our internal process, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our people.

Outside of work, Lindsay is a successful property investor and enjoys travelling.
