Qualifications : BA, LLB (Hons), University of Auckland.

Alex is an associate in our corporate and commercial team. Alex assists on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and corporate structuring, along with more general corporate and commercial advisory. 

Before joining Tompkins Wake in 2023, Alex worked for 4 years at a boutique law firm in Auckland and Singapore, with a focus on advising high-growth companies.
