Ruby is a senior solicitor in our Commercial Property team who assists a wide range of commercial property clients with the disposition and acquisition of property, including the drafting of sale and purchase agreements, carrying out due diligence and financing. Ruby also assists with commercial leasing arrangements.

Ruby joined Tompkins Wake in 2021 before relocating to London in 2023 where she gained a broad range of commercial experience working within the legal team at a charitable organisation. Ruby returned to New Zealand and rejoined the firm in 2025. Prior to joining Tompkins Wake, Ruby worked in-house at a real estate agency and with a boutique law firm.
