Qualifications : LLB (Hons), University of Birmingham (UK).

Veronica is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years of experience spanning private practice and in-house roles across New Zealand, the UK, and Australia. She brings a wealth of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and, most recently, experience in the New Zealand energy and technology sectors. 

Before joining Tompkins Wake, Veronica worked in-house at Intellihub Limited, where she led major metering service agreements and acquisitions, including the integration of Influx Energy Data Limited. 

Previously, Veronica was a partner at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) LLP, heading the Corporate Commercial team and serving as IT partner. She advised on local and cross-border transactions across various industries and regularly assisted clients with the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex commercial contracts and projects. 

Veronica holds practising certificates in New Zealand and England & Wales and is fluent in Spanish and French.
