Kerryn is a dispute resolution and litigation specialist with extensive experience across a broad range of complex civil and commercial matters. She advises clients on disputes involving contract, negligence, insurance, judicial review, competition law, and high-value family trusts, and has a particular interest and recognised expertise in international trade, transport, and maritime law.

Before joining Tompkins Wake, Kerryn spent several years at a leading boutique litigation firm, where she was closely involved in its specialist admiralty and maritime practice. She has acted for clients across the transport sector—spanning sea, air, rail, and road—and is a former New Zealand Vice-President of the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand (MLAANZ), having served on its committee for several years.
