Navi is a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team who assists a wide range of clients on transactional work spanning general corporate and commercial advisory work, structuring and documenting transactions, and advising on the governance and compliance obligations that come with running a company.
Navi joined Tompkins Wake in August 2026 and works alongside the wider team on matters ranging from day-to-day commercial contracts to more complex corporate transactions.
A graduate of the University of Waikato, Navi holds a Bachelor of Laws with a second major in Strategic Management.

Navi graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Laws and a second major in Strategic Management, before starting his legal career in the Corporate and Commercial team at a Hamilton firm. He joined Tompkins Wake in August 2026, where he continues to build his practice in corporate and commercial law.
