Maddie Rodgers is a solicitor in Tompkins Wake’s Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, based in our Auckland office.

Maddie holds an LLB and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Environmental Studies and Public Policy. Her interdisciplinary background informs a well-rounded, commercially aware approach to dispute work, particularly where regulatory, environmental, or public-sector considerations intersect with litigation risk.

She supports the team across a range of contentious matters, assisting with legal research, drafting pleadings and submissions, document review, and preparation for mediation and court proceedings. 

As an emerging practitioner, Maddie is committed to developing strong litigation capability while contributing meaningfully to efficient, strategic outcomes for our clients.
