Fraser is a solicitor in Tompkins Wake’s Property and Private Wealth teams, based in our Auckland office.

Fraser first joined Tompkins Wake as a law clerk during the 2024/25 Summer Intern Programme, gaining experience across the employment and civil litigation teams, before returning to the University of Auckland to complete the final year of his LLB. 

He rejoined the firm in 2026 and now works with the Property team on a range of matters, including wills and estate planning, trusts, estate administration, and conveyancing. Fraser also supports the team with legal research, drafting, and client engagement.

Fraser is a motivated and approachable emerging practitioner with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. He enjoys working with clients and takes a practical, considered approach to his work.
