Emma Gadsby
Qualifications : LLB, BA, University of Otago.
Emma joined Tompkins Wake in 2025 as a solicitor in our family team. Before joining Tompkins Wake, Emma worked as a solicitor at a boutique litigation firm specialising in trust, estate and family law.
Emma has experience in family law and acts for clients to resolve a wide range of disputes in the Family Court or through alternative dispute resolution, including care of children, family violence, trusts and estates, spousal maintenance, and relationship property matters.
Emma is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Family Law Section and Auckland Women Lawyers' Association.
