Kylie Delzoppo is a Law Clerk in Tompkins Wake’s Rotorua-based Property and Real Estate team. She joined the firm in 2021 and provides key support across a broad range of property matters.

Kylie works closely with our lawyers on residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing transactions, and property due diligence. She assists with drafting and reviewing documentation, managing settlements, and coordinating with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure transactions progress smoothly and on time.

Kylie is highly organised and attentive to detail. She understands that property transactions often carry significant commercial and personal importance, and she is committed to delivering efficient, responsive support that gives clients confidence throughout the process.
