Qualifications : New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies.

Jessica is a Legal Executive in our Intellectual Property Team, assisting with IP administration, trade mark applications and renewals, IP portfolio management, and Freedom to Operate trade mark searches, alongside supporting senior colleagues in the team on a range of IP matters. Jessica joined Tompkins Wake in March 2019 as an office assistant, moving into a Legal Assistant role before progressing to Legal Executive. She particularly enjoys the trade mark application process, from initial advice through to registration of the mark.
