Andrea Daly

Qualifications : Bachelor of Management Studies (Human Resource Management and Economics), University of Waikato.

Leading the people and culture function at Tompkins Wake, Andrea is responsible for the full employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement, and retention. She works closely with the firm's leadership to embed the TW Way across all four offices, ensuring the values and behaviours that define Tompkins Wake are lived consistently as the firm grows. Her remit spans people experience (Px) strategy, employment relations, performance management, organisational design, and health, safety, and wellbeing.

With two decades of senior HR practice across some of New Zealand's most complex organisations, she brings the strategic depth and operational range the role demands.

Andrea has held senior HR leadership roles across energy, telecommunications, dairy, and professional services organisations, partnering with boards, executive teams, and senior leaders through restructures, mergers, and large-scale workforce transformation. She has led HR functions and teams at both strategic and operational levels, with particular depth in remuneration frameworks, culture programmes, and capability development.
