Ashley is a law clerk in our Corporate & Commercial team, based in our Auckland office.

Ashley first joined the firm as part of our 2024/2025 Summer Intern Programme, where she gained exposure to a broad range of commercial matters and developed a strong foundation in practical legal work. She returned to Tompkins Wake in 2026 as a law clerk, building on that experience.

She supports senior lawyers and partners in delivering clear, client-focused advice across a range of corporate and commercial matters. Her experience includes assisting with transactional work, advising on legal issues, and providing general support on commercial projects.
