David Koshy is a Law Clerk in Tompkins Wake’s Corporate and Commercial team, based in our Hamilton office.
David holds an LLB (Hons) and a BA in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics. His academic background underpins a strong analytical capability and commercial awareness, enabling him to approach legal issues with both rigour and strategic perspective.
He supports the team on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including company law, governance, commercial contracting and transactional work. David assists with legal research, drafting and reviewing documentation, and due diligence processes.
David is a thoughtful and diligent emerging practitioner who brings intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to every engagement. He is committed to developing deep expertise in corporate and commercial law and contributing meaningfully to the outcomes we deliver for our clients.
