Jess Vergeest is a Solicitor in Tompkins Wake's Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. She works across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, with particular experience in insolvency, restructuring and debt recovery matters.

Jess supports the firm's specialist insolvency team on a range of insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation matters. She assists liquidators, receivers, creditors and businesses on contentious insolvency issues and has been involved in complex liquidation and receivership engagements, including matters involving voidable transactions, debt recovery, contractual disputes and enforcement proceedings.

Through her work on a number of significant insolvency and commercial litigation matters, Jess has developed experience navigating technically complex disputes and contributing to practical, commercially focused outcomes for clients. She also assists clients across a wider range of civil and commercial litigation matters, supporting them through various stages of the dispute resolution process.
