Kyla is an intuitive and capable property and real estate lawyer, with a specialist focus on trusts, structuring and estate planning. She assists clients to protect, preserve and enhance their assets, and ensure well-crafted succession plans are in place.  Kyla also acts in residential and commercial property transactions, rural and commercial leasing and advises not-for-profit entities such as charities and incorporated societies on their structure, regulatory environment and governance. Kyla joined Tompkins Wake in 2023 as a law clerk during her last year at Waikato University and completed an internship during the 2023-2024 summer. She continues to progress in her role as a Solicitor and is based in our Hamilton property team.
